Challenge
Alex Manning was commissioned to create a marketing video for Jersey Jack Pinball to generate interest and drive sales for the launch of a new, high-end pinball machine. To capture the movements of the pinballs and create the most effective marketing video, he needed motion control capture. When his initial vendor’s motion control capture robot failed and the deadline loomed, Alex was left searching for another robot—and a skilled operator—on short notice.
Solution
Transported our motion control robotic system to Alex’s set in another city.
Scheduled a programming day with Alex to plan the specific shots needed prior to the shoot.
Used our motion control robotic system to help Alex capture very specific spots and create the most compelling marketing video.
Outcome
Efficient on-set programming allowed us to capture more shots than originally planned, giving Alex a surplus of motion control footage and maximum flexibility in crafting the marketing video.
Alex was able to deliver his marketing video on time to Jersey Jack Pinball and is now a returning client for Renegade.
